About

Representation built on attention, not volume.

Stageborne Talent is based in Dallas–Fort Worth, with theatrical representation at the center of the agency. While DFW remains our home market, we are open to working with performers outside the area and pursuing opportunities that align with each client's goals.

01

The Agency

Based in Dallas–Fort Worth with theatre at its center, Stageborne works with performers individually, whether their goals are centered entirely on stage work or eventually extend into commercial, film and television, voiceover, or other areas of performance. We are open to representing performers who live outside DFW when the fit makes sense, and may pursue opportunities beyond our home market based on each client's goals. That direction is something we figure out together, then combine with active submissions, career strategy, professional advocacy, and the logistical work that surrounds an audition, an offer, and a booking.

Stageborne Talent

Representation should feel like a partnership, not a transaction.

02

How We Work

Representation begins with a conversation about the work you want, the materials representing you, and the professional choices that move you toward it.

Clients should always understand what is being pursued on their behalf and why. When something is not working, we address it early rather than letting it drift.

What Guides Us

  • 01Selective representation, so every client gets real attention
  • 02Clear communication about what we are pursuing and why
  • 03Career strategy measured in years, not single auditions
  • 04Professional advocacy on offers, contracts, and scheduling
  • 05Honest guidance, including when the answer is no

The Background

Professional experience behind Stageborne.

Stageborne is a new agency, but the experience behind it includes work with established companies, sponsorship management, and guest consulting for a notable podcast.

That background has involved working directly with brands, managing professional relationships, coordinating partnerships, and helping creative projects communicate effectively with outside organizations.

Those skills carry into talent representation through clear communication, thoughtful negotiation, organization, and professional advocacy for clients.
