Information We Collect
Stageborne Talent collects the information you choose to provide through our submission and contact forms. This may include your name, pronouns, email address, phone number, city and state, age confirmation, union status, training and performance background, headshots, résumés, reel or video links, websites, social media handles, and any additional details you include in your message.
How We Use Your Information
Submitted information and materials are used to evaluate performers for potential representation, to respond to inquiries, and, if you become a represented client, to submit you for appropriate opportunities and communicate with you about your career. We do not sell your information.
Retention of Materials
Materials submitted for representation consideration may be reviewed and retained for our internal records, including in cases where representation is not offered, so we can revisit submissions in the future. You may request deletion of your submission at any time.
Sharing
For represented clients, we may share professional materials such as headshots, résumés, and reels with casting directors, theatres, producers, and creative teams for the purpose of submitting you for opportunities. We may also use service providers such as email, form, and file-storage services that process data on our behalf.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted to us. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing bradey@stagebornetalent.com. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Age Requirement
Stageborne Talent currently accepts submissions only from individuals ages 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page.
