Stageborne Talent represents actors and performers ages 18 and older for theatrical work. Based in Dallas–Fort Worth, we are open to representing performers outside the area and pursuing opportunities beyond DFW when the fit makes sense.

Your Direction
Representation built around your direction.
Theatre is where Stageborne began, but it doesn't have to be where your interests end. If you want to explore commercial, on-camera, voiceover, or other performance opportunities, we can make those conversations part of your career strategy. If theatre is where you want to stay focused, that's completely valid too.
There isn't one version of a Stageborne career. The goal is to understand what kind of work you want to pursue and build representation around that.
Geography
Based in DFW. Open beyond DFW.
Stageborne's home base is Dallas–Fort Worth, but representation is not limited to performers who live here. If a client is based elsewhere, relocating, or interested in pursuing opportunities in another market, that can be part of the conversation.
What matters most is whether the representation relationship makes sense and whether Stageborne can meaningfully support the direction the client wants to take.

Representation is commission-based. There are no upfront fees and no pay-to-play: Stageborne is compensated only when a represented client books paid work.

What working together looks like.
Signing with an agency should feel like the start of a working relationship, not the end of the conversation. Stageborne is built around staying in communication, knowing what we're working toward, and adjusting the plan as your career changes.

Start With a Real Conversation
We'll start by talking through where you are right now and where you want to go. That includes your experience, current materials, availability, strengths, and the kinds of roles and theatres you're most interested in. From there, we can figure out what makes sense to focus on first.

Know What We're Working Toward
We don't want representation to feel like you signed a contract and then disappeared into a system. When it makes sense, we'll keep you in the loop about the kinds of opportunities we're looking at for you and what we think we should be targeting.

Check In When Things Change
Your goals, materials, availability, and experience are going to change over time. We'll check in periodically so we can talk about what's working, what isn't, and whether we need to shift direction.

Some Good Opportunities Are Public
Not every worthwhile theatre opportunity comes through an agent-only submission. If we come across a public audition that looks like a strong fit for you, we may send it your way and help you decide whether it's worth pursuing.
The goal is simple: you should have a sense of what we're working on together and why.
